- fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic glass cooktop, microwave oven
- a lounge with 2 fixed sofas (the wood stove is not usable)
- a diningroom with a long table and TV flat screen
- one bathroom with shower cubicle

- a balcony on the back and a big terrace due south

2nd floor:
