- a large livingroom with a pull-out sofa bed (2 single beds) + a sofa bed for 2
- a bedroom corner with 2 bunk beds (higher beds are not appropriate for kids under 6) + 1 pull-out single bed, separated from the livingroom by curtains
- a shower room, washing machine
- separate WC
