General Rental Conditions - Centrale Agence

1. Booking

The online booking is final only after the acknowledgment of receipt of the deposit or 25% of the rental amount and establishment of the rental contract. This amount remains automatically acquired in the event of cancellation (except in the event of relocation). Application fees will nevertheless be retained.

 

2. Reception and handing over of keys

The reception is done at the agency Centrale Agence. In case of delay, notify by calling 04 79 56 74 08. The keys are only returned after payment of the balance of the rental and the deposit.

 

3. Price 

The price includes rental, water, gas, electricity and agency commission, but does not include administration fees, tourist tax and cancellation insurance. If, by exception, the consumption is read on the meter, this specificity is duly notified to the tenant. Sheets and household linen are not included (rental possible at the agency) unless indicated. Photos and plans are not contractual.

 

4. Deposit

To guarantee the return in good condition of the premises and the furniture, a deposit is requested. The cost of replacing any broken or damaged object will be deducted from this deposit, it will also be retained, where applicable, the price of washing and cleaning carpets, blankets, mattresses, bedding, etc., which have been stained. At the end of the stay, after checking the premises (which is done after each rental), in the absence of degradation and problem related to cleanliness, the deposit check will be returned by mail within three weeks, unless the security is insufficient; the tenant agrees to complete the sum. A lump sum may be retained if the cleaning is not done properly (pricing displayed at the agency).

 

5. Occupation

When the tenant arrives, he will be given an inventory, any complaint concerning the inventory or the cleanliness must be made to the agency within 24 hours of arrival. After this period, the rented goods will be considered free of damage upon entry by the tenant. The interruptions of operation in the public services, water, electricity, gas, etc. ..., and also in the operation of the general services, in particular heating, hot water, cannot justify a reduction in rent because they are not due to an act of the will of the lessor. The agency declines all responsibility for deprivation and reduction of enjoyment not resulting from its own doing, as well as in the event of any delay by any company in carrying out repair work on the premises. In the event of an early interruption of the stay by the tenant, no reduction or refund will be made.

-No animals are allowed without prior agreement with the agency. The tenant is asked to:

-Comply with the condominium regulations with regard to noise, clothes hanging, cleanliness, parking of vehicles, storage of ski equipment;

- in no case exceed the number of occupants stipulated in the contract. The contract may be terminated immediately without deduction from the rental price, if the number of occupants does not correspond to the contract;

- allow the visit of the premises rented during the period of occupation, in particular in the event of the sale of the premises (without compensation for the stay);

- do not use bedding without sheets or pillowcases;

- scrupulously respect the dates of occupation and the time of departure;

- undertake not to substitute for anyone, nor to sublet, even free of charge the rented places, nor to practice any professional or commercial activity in the premises.

- do not throw anything into the drain pipes; the repair being the responsibility of the tenant.

- to make the rented premises in perfect condition of cleanliness and functioning.

-to report immediately to the agency any degradation occurring during the rental period.

- bunk beds not recommended for children under 6 years old.

 

6. All inclusive

In the case of an "All inclusive" stay, supplements must be reserved two weeks before your arrival and no change or modification can be made during your stay.

 

7. Insurance

The owner and his agent decline all responsibility in the event of theft or burglary in the rented premises, the lessee's insurer cannot exercise any recourse against the owner or his agent in the event of a claim. The tenant is required to take out an insurance policy covering the risks of the occupant and any loss of which he may be the cause.

8. Cancellation

If the tenant does not take possession of the premises on the scheduled day, the agency will attempt to re-let. In the event of success, only administrative fees will be required. In case of failure, the deposit paid remains with the agency. In the event that cancellation insurance is taken out with our agency, subject to providing the supporting documents requested, the amount of the reimbursement of the deposit paid will be deducted from the cost of the insurance and the administrative fees.

 

9. Competence attribution

For the execution of the present, the two parts elect domicile in the offices of the agency and agree that in case of dispute, the competent court will be that of the district where the rented places are located.
